If the selected products are in stock, we can arrange the delivery within 7 days, if not, it will take approximately 30-45 days to produce and then deliver.
1）you can choose our factory cartons, including Marshal ceramics, Verve Tiles, Chang'an Tiles , Greenapple Tiles.
2）You can choose neutral carton or your own designed cartons with your logo printing on it, but it will cost extra money for changing cartons of inventories which were already packed ,otherwise, packing on the production line will be free of charge.
3）We usually use ordinary wooden pallets with dimension of 110X110cm, so there will be an extra cost to use suffocating wooden pallet. Moreover, shrink film and European wooden pallets are required customization , please contact us for further information.

Yes, we add a water-proof hi-tech layer between the glaze and clay body surface to stop any water or impurity from contaminating the tile, and keep the surface clean and shining all the time. Moreover, our wall tiles series belong to Ceramic, E＞10% Group BIII. The rest of series belong to porcelain，E≤0.5% Group BIa.
Now, our factory have 4 kilns with manufacturing capacity of 84 thousand square meters per day. And our new factory is under construction,we are confident about our strong production capacity.

MOQ: 3000 square meters for wall tiles series and all other series require 5000 square meters.
